How I Support Your Patients

Comprehensive Treatment Plans

Patients receive a structured treatment plan tailored to their clinical presentation and goals, which may include:

  • Manual therapy focused on the jaw, neck, tongue and head

  • Myofunctional therapy for tongue posture, nasal breathing, and habit retraining

  • A step-by-step home program with digital support through an app

  • Educational content

  • Symptom tracking

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins depending on the plan

  • Ongoing communication and updates as clinically appropriate

Treatment plans typically span 5–12 months depending on severity, habits, and functional goals.
