Clinic Policies
Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or no show leaves a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment without penalty.
Patients who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours notice or miss their appointment entirely, will be charged the full cost of their appointment fee. Cancellation fees are typically not billable through your extended health benefits.
Credit Cards
To reserve your appointment time, a credit card must be placed on file. You will never be charged at the time of booking.
Your card will only be used in the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice) or a missed appointment. Because each session is reserved exclusively for you, this policy helps protect my time and allows me to continue offering timely care to all patients.
Accepted Payments
Cash, Debit and E-Transfer are the preferred method of payment however we do accept Credit Card payments as well.
At this time we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. You are responsible for paying your invoice in full at the completion of your appointment. You will be provided with a receipt that has all information required to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
